At the same time, The Hotel Firm is an immensely useful information resource for travelers to India. The Firm helps travelers plan bookings and reservations to some truly unique destinations in India.

Poonam Sethi – CEO
Poonam is a post graduate with 20 years of sales experience working for the world’s best hotels and resorts in India, UK, Europe & GCC countries. She has traveled extensively and conducted sales blitzes pan India and abroad including Dubai, London, Milan, Paris, Berlin & Nairobi.
She has worked with the following hotels:
- Historic Resort Hotels (HRH group, a bouquet of Palace, forts & forest resorts)
- Ananda in the Himalayas (amongst the 10 best Spa destinations in the world)
- Radisson White Sand Resort
- Radisson Plaza Resort & Spa Kumarakom (pre opening team)
- Country Inns & Suites Goa. (pre opening team)
Shivani Sethi – Manager, Business Development & Client Servicing
Shivani is an alumni of HR College Mumbai. She graduated from Indian Academy of Catering Technology & Culinary Arts Hyderabad to work in the Oberoi’s as Chef.
